    Prepare the Mixing Bowl

    Take a clean bowl for mixing all the ingredients.

    Add Onions

    Add 1 1/2 cups of thinly sliced onions to the bowl.

    Add Tomatoes

    Add 2 medium-sized chopped tomatoes to the bowl.

    Add Green Chilies

    Add 2 chopped green chilies to the mixture.

    Add Coriander Leaves

    Add some fresh chopped coriander leaves to enhance the flavor.

    Add Garlic

    Add 1/2 tablespoon of crushed garlic.

    Add Lemon Juice

    Squeeze half a lemon to add its juice to the mixture.

    Season with Salt

    Add salt to taste.

    Add Red Chili Powder

    Add 1 teaspoon of red chili powder for a spicy kick.

    Add Cumin Seeds

    Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.

    Add Cinnamon Powder

    Add 2 pinches of cinnamon powder.

    Initial Mix

    Mix all the added ingredients thoroughly with a spoon until well combined.

    Add Rice Flour

    Add 1 cup of rice flour to the mixture.

    Add Oil to Batter

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the batter mixture.

    Mix All Ingredients

    Mix all the ingredients, including the rice flour and oil, until they are evenly distributed and coated.

    Form Batter Consistency

    Gradually add water while mixing until a thick batter with a flowing consistency is formed.

    Rest the Batter

    Keep the prepared batter aside for a short while.

    Prepare the Pan

    Heat a pan and add a little oil, spreading it evenly across the surface.

    Add Batter to Pan

    Place a portion of the prepared batter into the hot pan.

    Shape the Pancake

    Use a spoon or spatula to spread the batter and shape it into a round pancake.

    Add Chili Flakes

    Sprinkle some red chili flakes on top of the pancake for extra flavor and visual appeal.

    Cook First Side

    Cover the pan with a lid and cook the pancake for on low flame.

    Add Oil and Flip

    After , remove the lid and add 1 tablespoon of oil on top of the pancake. Then, carefully flip the pancake.

    Cook Second Side

    Cook the other side of the pancake for another without the lid until it is golden brown and crispy.

    Remove from Pan

    Once cooked, take out the crispy onion pancake from the pan.

    Serve

    The delicious onion pancake is now ready to serve hot.
