Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Take 3-4 bread slices and trim off their brown edges using a knife. Then, cut each bread slice into small, bite-sized squares.
In a mixing bowl, add boiled potato, tomato, onion, cucumber, finely chopped green chili, 2-3 tablespoons of tamarind chutney, 2-3 tablespoons of green chutney, 2-3 tablespoons of fresh coriander, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala (or muri masay), 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix all ingredients well until combined.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of roasted peanuts to the chaat mixture and mix again.
Arrange the cut bread squares on a serving plate. Spread a layer of green chutney evenly over all the bread pieces. Then, spread a layer of tamarind chutney over the green chutney. Sprinkle some chaat masala (or muri masay) and a few drops of lemon juice over the chutney-coated bread.
Evenly spread the prepared chaat mixture over the bread slices on the plate.
Generously sprinkle sev (bhujia) over the chaat. Add a few more roasted peanuts and garnish with fresh chopped coriander for extra freshness. Serve immediately.
