Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a bowl, combine 400g boneless chicken with 1/3 cup yogurt, 1/2 tsp Tikka Masala, 1 tsp Tandoori Masala, 1/3 tsp Cumin Powder, 1/3 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix well to coat the chicken.
Heat a pan with a little oil. Add the chicken and cook, covered, until the chicken is tender and cooked through, and the liquids have evaporated.
In a large bowl, add the cooked chicken, 2 medium boiled and cubed potatoes, 1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander, 1 finely chopped medium onion, 2-3 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp chili flakes, and 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
Use your hands to thoroughly mix and mash all the ingredients together until well combined and the potatoes are mostly mashed, forming a cohesive mixture.
Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a round, flat patty or kebab. Repeat for the remaining mixture.
one egg in a shallow bowl. Dip each kebab into the egg, ensuring it's fully coated.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the egg-coated kebabs into the hot oil and shallow fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve the hot chicken tikka kebabs garnished with fresh coriander, lemon slices, and onion rings, accompanied by a green chutney.
