  1. 1.Heat the Pan

    Heat a pan on medium flame until it's hot.

  2. 2.Pour Dosa Batter

    Pour a quarter cup of multigrain dosa batter onto the heated pan.

  3. 3.Spread Thinly

    Using the back of a spoon, spread the dosa batter thinly in a circular motion to form a dosa.

  4. 4.Add Oil

    Add a few drops of oil across the dosa, ensuring it's evenly distributed.

  5. 5.Cook the Dosa

    Cook the dosa for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden brown and crispy.

  6. 6.Remove and Serve

    Carefully remove the cooked dosa from the pan using a spatula and fold it. Serve immediately with South-Indian potato curry.
