Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Heat the Pan

Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame until hot.

Step 2: Pour Batter

Pour approximately 1/4 cup of multigrain dosa batter onto the center of the hot pan for each dosa.

Step 3: Spread Batter Thinly

Using the back of a spoon or a ladle, spread the batter thinly in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outwards, to form a round dosa.

Step 4: Add Oil

Add a few drops of oil around the edges and on top of the dosa.

Step 5: Spread Oil

Gently tilt the pan to spread the oil evenly across the dosa, ensuring it coats the entire surface.

Step 6: Cook Dosa

Cook the dosa for on medium flame until the bottom turns golden brown and crispy, and small holes appear on the surface.

Step 7: Fold and Serve

Gently loosen the dosa from the pan with a spatula, fold it in half, and serve immediately with South Indian potato curry.
