Slice chicken breasts thinly if they are thick. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic parmesan, 1 teaspoon of lemon pepper, and 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
In a large container, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 cup of corn starch, and 1/2 cup of Louisiana Chicken Fry (or additional all-purpose flour if not available). Add 2 teaspoons of garlic parmesan, 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of black garlic pepper, 3 teaspoons of Accent (MSG), 2 teaspoons of lemon pepper, and 4 teaspoons of onion powder to the dry mix. Close the container and shake well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to the appropriate temperature for frying chicken (usually around 350-375°F or 175-190°C). Coat each seasoned chicken breast thoroughly in the prepared dry batter mix. Carefully place the battered chicken breasts into the hot oil. Fry for approximately 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F or 74°C). Remove chicken from fryer and place on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
Place frozen waffle fries into the deep fryer basket. Fry according to package instructions, typically 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy. Remove fries from fryer and place on a wire rack or paper towels to drain excess oil.
