  • 4 ozHeavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Boil Water for Spaghetti

    Start by boiling water in a pot. Add Knorr chicken bouillon to the water for flavor.

  2. 2.Cook Spaghetti

    Once the water is boiling, add one box (16 oz) of Great Value spaghetti to the pot. Stir the spaghetti frequently to prevent it from sticking together. Cook until al dente.

  3. 3.Brown the Meat

    In a separate pot, add 1 lb of ground beef and 1 lb of mild Italian ground sausage. Add 1/2 of a small chopped bell pepper. Brown the meat, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.

  4. 4.Season the Meat

    Once the meat is browned, add garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning, Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning, Badia Complete Seasoning, Accent Flavor Enhancer, and Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning to taste. Stir well to incorporate the seasonings.

  5. 5.Add Tomatoes

    Pour in one can (28 oz) of Great Value crushed tomatoes and one can (14.5 oz) of Great Value diced tomatoes into the meat mixture. Stir thoroughly.

  6. 6.Add Fresh Herbs and More Seasoning

    Add approximately 1/4 bunch of fresh chopped cilantro to the sauce. Re-season the sauce with garlic powder, black pepper, onion powder, Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning, Slap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning, Goya Adobo All Purpose Seasoning, Badia Complete Seasoning, Accent Flavor Enhancer, and Mrs. Dash Original Blend Seasoning to taste.

  7. 7.Add Heavy Cream and Simmer

    Pour approximately 4 oz of heavy whipping cream into the sauce. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce has a creamy consistency. Turn down the heat and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.

  8. 8.Drain Spaghetti

    Drain the cooked spaghetti.

  9. 9.Plate and Garnish

    Plate the spaghetti and top generously with the vodka sauce. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
