Add one packet of strawberry jelly crystals to a large mixing jug.
Pour 1/2 cup (100ml) of boiling water into the jug with the jelly crystals.
Using a , stir the mixture around until all the jelly crystals have dissolved.
Set the jelly mixture aside for about to cool slightly.
Once the jelly mixture has cooled, add a 375ml can of evaporated milk to the jug.
