Add one packet of strawberry jelly crystals to a large mixing jug.
Pour 1/2 cup (100ml) of boiling water into the jug with the jelly crystals.
Using a whisk, stir the mixture around until all the jelly crystals have dissolved.
Set the jelly mixture aside for about 10 minutes to cool slightly.
Once the jelly mixture has cooled, add a 375ml can of evaporated milk to the jug.
Using the whisk, beat the mixture until it is nice and frothy and thick.
Pour the mixture evenly into three serving glasses.
Place the serving glasses into the fridge for 4 hours, or until the dessert is nice and set.
After 4 hours, remove the dessert cups from the fridge.
Top each dessert cup with a generous amount of whipped cream.
Place a fresh strawberry on top of the whipped cream on each dessert cup.
The strawberry dessert cups are now ready to be served and enjoyed.
