Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Jelly Mixture

Add one packet of strawberry jelly crystals to a large mixing jug.

Step 2: Add Boiling Water

Pour 1/2 cup (100ml) of boiling water into the jug with the jelly crystals.

Step 3: Whisk Jelly

Using a whisk, stir the mixture around until all the jelly crystals have dissolved.

Step 4: Cool Jelly Mixture

Set the jelly mixture aside for about 10 minutes to cool slightly.

Step 5: Add Evaporated Milk

Once the jelly mixture has cooled, add a 375ml can of evaporated milk to the jug.

Step 6: Whisk Until Frothy

Using the whisk, beat the mixture until it is nice and frothy and thick.

Step 7: Pour into Glasses

Pour the mixture evenly into three serving glasses.

Step 8: Chill Dessert Cups

Place the serving glasses into the fridge for 4 hours, or until the dessert is nice and set.

Step 9: Remove from Fridge

After 4 hours, remove the dessert cups from the fridge.

Step 10: Add Whipped Cream

Top each dessert cup with a generous amount of whipped cream.

Step 11: Garnish with Strawberry

Place a fresh strawberry on top of the whipped cream on each dessert cup.
