Take 1/3 cup of sabudana (tapioca pearls) in a bowl. Add water, wash thoroughly, and drain. Add fresh water and soak for .
Take 1 tablespoon of sabja seeds (basil seeds) in a bowl. Add water and soak for until they swell and form a gel-like consistency.
Drain the water from the soaked sabudana. Transfer the sabudana to a pot. Add 1 cup of water and cook on medium flame for , stirring occasionally, until the sabudana turns translucent.
In a separate pot, add 2 cups of milk and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, add 1/4 cup of milk powder and mix well until it's completely dissolved and smooth.
Add 1/4 cup of sugar to the milk mixture and mix well until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the flame and allow the milk mixture to cool completely.
Once the milk mixture has cooled, add the cooked and water-drained sabudana to it. Mix well to combine.
To the sabudana and milk mixture, add 2 tablespoons of cut apple, 2 tablespoons of cut banana, 2 tablespoons of black grapes, 2 tablespoons of green grapes, 2 tablespoons of red grapes, 2 tablespoons of pomegranate arils, 1 tablespoon of chopped cashew nuts, 1 tablespoon of chopped almonds, and 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Take three serving glasses. Add a portion of the soaked sabja seeds to the bottom of each glass. Then, pour the prepared sabudana drink mixture over the sabja seeds in each glass.
Serve the Sabudana Drink chilled. You can garnish with a few extra fruits or nuts if desired.
