Take 1/3 cup sabudana (tapioca pearls) in a bowl. Add water and wash thoroughly. Drain the water. Add fresh water and soak for an hour.
Take 1 tbsp sabja seeds (basil seeds) in a bowl. Add water and soak for .
Transfer the soaked sabudana (drained) to a pot. Add 1 cup water. Cook for until translucent. Drain the water and keep aside.
In a clean pot, add 2 cups milk. Allow it to boil. Add 1/4 cup milk powder and mix well until combined. Add 1/4 cup sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves. Allow the milk mixture to cool completely.
Add 2 tbsp cut apple, 2 tbsp cut banana, 2 tbsp black grapes, 2 tbsp green grapes, 2 tbsp red grapes, 2 tbsp pomegranate arils, 1 tbsp chopped cashew nuts, 1 tbsp chopped almonds, and 1 tbsp chopped pistachios to the cooled milk mixture. Mix all ingredients well.
Take serving glasses. Add soaked sabja seeds to the bottom of each glass. Add a layer of the prepared sabudana drink (milk, fruits, nuts mixture). Top with more sabja seeds if desired. Serve chilled.
