Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Cut the crusts off 6 slices of regular sandwich bread.
Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of bread until it is nice and flat.
Take each rolled-out piece of bread and spread it with Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread.
Gently roll up each piece of bread to make a nice little roll. Continue this process for all the bread slices.
In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of white sugar with about a heaped teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Mix them together until well combined, then set aside.
In another small bowl, crack 1 egg and add a small splash of milk, approximately 1 tablespoon. Using a fork, beat the egg and milk together until you achieve a nice, runny mixture.
Place a frying pan over medium heat and add about 20 grams of butter. Allow the butter to melt and become bubbly.
Dip each Nutella French roll into the egg mixture, shaking off any excess. Place the coated rolls straight into the hot pan. Allow them to cook for about a minute per side, or until they are nice and golden all over.
Once cooked, roll each French roll in the prepared cinnamon sugar, ensuring they are nicely coated.
Serve the completed Nutella French rolls and enjoy this ridiculously decadent treat.
