Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture

In a measuring jug or bowl, combine 4 eggs, 2 tbsp milk, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander. everything together until well combined.
