Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a large bowl, add 2 eggs and beat them well until combined. Add 1 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp paprika powder, and 1.5 tbsp chicken powder. Mix thoroughly.
Pour 1.5 cups of milk into the egg mixture and mix well. Sift 1 cup of all-purpose flour (or wheat flour) into the mixture and quickly to avoid lumps until a smooth batter is formed.
Grate 2 medium peeled potatoes using the fine side of a grater. Quickly add the grated potatoes to the batter and mix. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander to enhance flavor and appearance.
Lightly grease a grill pan (or any flat pan) with oil or butter. Heat the pan over medium heat, then the flame to medium-low. Stir the batter well, then pour about 3 scoops (adjust based on pan size) onto the pan, spreading it thinly to form a square paratha. Cook until the paratha dries and the color changes, indicating it's cooked from the bottom. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from pan and repeat for remaining batter.
In a small pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add small tomato (seeds removed), small capsicum, and small onion. Fry these vegetables for on high flame until slightly softened but still crunchy. Turn off the flame.
In a bowl, combine 2 grated medium boiled potatoes, 2 grated boiled egg whites, and 1 grated boiled egg yolk. Add the fried vegetables from the pan. Stir in 1 sliced long green chili (optional), 1.5 tbsp noodles masala, 1 tsp chaat masala, 0.25 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chili flakes, 0.5 tsp black pepper powder, and 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
To achieve a creamy texture, add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or cream) to the filling mixture. Mix everything well until fully combined.
Take one cooked paratha and spread a generous amount of the prepared filling along one side. Carefully roll the paratha tightly to form a wrap. Repeat this process for all remaining parathas and filling.
