Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Combine Dry Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, add 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of good quality cocoa powder, and a small pinch of Fleur de Sel. these dry ingredients together until they are well blended.
