Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a bowl, add 50 ml of fresh thick curd. Then, add 1 teaspoon of red chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Place 1 green chilli, 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 cup of coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into a blender. Blend until a smooth, vibrant green paste is formed.
Add 3 tablespoons of the prepared green paste to the curd mixture. Mix well until the green paste is fully incorporated into the curd, creating a flavorful 'curd chutney'.
Heat a pan and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place one slice of milk bread on the pan. Apply a generous and even layer of the prepared curd chutney on top of the bread. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil around the sides of the bread and add a small dollop of butter on top of the chutney. Gently flip the bread to the other side. Add another 1 tablespoon of butter to the pan, then apply butter to the newly side of the bread. Apply another layer of curd chutney on this side. the bread on a low flame, pressing gently with a spatula, until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Once perfectly , remove the bread from the pan. Cut the bread into triangles. Serve immediately as a delicious and instant evening snack.
