  • 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  • 1 cupWater
  • 1 tablespoonLemon juice

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Ingredients

    Gather all the ingredients: amla, ginger, mint leaves, and curry leaves. Cut the amla and ginger into smaller pieces for blending.

  2. 2.Add to Blender

    Add the cut amla pieces into a blender jar, followed by the cut ginger pieces.

  3. 3.Add Herbs and Seasoning

    Add the fresh mint leaves and curry leaves to the blender. Then, add salt.

  4. 4.Blend the Mixture

    Pour water into the blender with the ingredients. Blend everything until a smooth, uniform mixture is formed.

  5. 5.Strain and Serve

    Pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a glass to separate the pulp. Add fresh lemon juice to the strained drink and stir well. Serve immediately.
