Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Fry Onions and Sausage

Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add diced onions and fry until slightly softened. Then, add the diced sausage and continue frying with the onions for about until the sausage starts to get a golden color.

Step 2: Add Tomatoes and Fry

Immediately add the diced tomatoes to the pan with the onions and sausage. Fry everything together for a short period, allowing the flavors to meld.

Step 3: Pour in Eggs

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and freshly crushed black pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the fried onions, sausage, and tomatoes in the pan.

Step 4: Add Parsley and Cheese
