  • to taste, freshly crushedBlack pepper
  • a few sprigsFresh parsley
  • 50g, gratedCheese

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Fry Onions and Sausage

    Heat cooking oil in a frying pan. Add diced onions and fry until slightly softened. Then, add the diced sausage and continue frying with the onions for about 30 seconds until the sausage starts to get a golden color.

  2. 2.Add Tomatoes and Fry

    Immediately add the diced tomatoes to the pan with the onions and sausage. Fry everything together for a short period, allowing the flavors to meld.

  3. 3.Pour in Eggs

    In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with salt and freshly crushed black pepper to taste. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the fried onions, sausage, and tomatoes in the pan.

  4. 4.Add Parsley and Cheese

    Sprinkle fresh parsley leaves over the omelet. Then, evenly distribute the grated cheese over the top of the omelet.

  5. 5.Cover and Melt

    Cover the pan with a lid and cook for approximately 1 minute, or until the cheese is completely melted and the omelet is set to your desired consistency. Once melted, turn off the heat.
