Step-by-Step Instructions

Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.

  1. Prepare the Roti Base

Take one rolled-out roti and place it on a plate. Squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon of Wingreens Pizza & Pasta Sauce onto the center of the roti.

  2. Add Ketchup and Ginger Garlic Paste

Next, squeeze approximately 1 tablespoon of Kissan Tomato Ketchup onto the roti, next to the pizza sauce. Then, add a small amount (about 0.5 teaspoon) of Catch Ginger Garlic paste for flavor.

  3. Add Maggi Noodles and Spread

Place the leftover cooked Maggi noodles (approximately 0.5 cup) onto the roti, over the sauces. Use a spoon to spread the Maggi and sauces evenly across the entire surface of the roti, ensuring all corners are covered.

  4. Seal the Paratha

Place the second rolled-out roti on top of the Maggi-filled roti. Use a fork to press down and firmly seal the edges of the two rotis together, creating a decorative pattern and preventing the filling from escaping during cooking.

  5. Prepare the Tawa

Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame. Add a small amount of refined oil (or ghee/butter) and spread it evenly across the tawa using a spoon or brush.

  6. Cook the Paratha

Carefully place the prepared Maggi paratha onto the hot tawa. Cook for a few minutes until the bottom side is lightly golden brown. Flip the paratha using a spatula and apply oil to the cooked side. Cook the second side until golden brown, then flip again and apply oil to the other side. Continue cooking and flipping, gently pressing with the spatula, until both sides are evenly cooked and golden brown.

  7. Serve the Paratha

Once cooked, transfer the Maggi paratha from the tawa to a serving plate. Use a pizza cutter to cut the paratha into four equal slices, similar to a pizza. The filling will be visible and appealing. Serve hot.

  8. Taste and Enjoy

The paratha is flavorful on its own due to the sauces inside. If desired, serve with a small amount of extra pizza pasta sauce or tomato ketchup. Avoid serving with curd or pickle.
