Gather all required ingredients: 4 eggs, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup chopped capsicum, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 chopped green chili, 1 bunch (approx. 1/4 cup) chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chili flakes, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, bread slices, butter, and mayonnaise.
Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, then add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the eggs.
Whisk the eggs and salt thoroughly until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum and 1/2 cup of chopped onion to the egg mixture.
Add 1 chopped green chili, 1 bunch (approx. 1/4 cup) of chopped coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon of chili flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper powder to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well and set the egg mixture aside.
Take the bread slices (which have a round hole cut in the center). Generously spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
Turn the bread slices over and generously spread mayonnaise on the other side.
Prepare the air fryer by placing a silicon paper liner inside the basket.
Place the buttered and mayonnaised bread slices (with the round hole cut in the center) on the silicon paper in the air fryer basket.
Carefully pour the prepared egg mixture into the round holes of the bread slices.
Insert the air fryer basket into the air fryer. Set the air fryer temperature to 200°C (approximately 390°F) and the timer for .
Once the are up, carefully remove the air fryer basket. The egg bread toasts should be golden brown. Sprinkle some additional pepper powder over the cooked egg bread toasts.
Using a spatula, carefully flip each egg bread toast over. Place the air fryer basket back into the air fryer and set the timer for another to crisp up the other side.
After , remove the crispy Egg Bread Toast from the air fryer. Serve hot.
