Step 1: Combine Milk and Syrup

Pour 200 ml of chilled milk into a tall jug. Add 4 tablespoons of Rooh Afza sharbat to the milk. You can adjust the syrup quantity according to your preferred sweetness.

Step 2: Add Ice and Stir

Add about 6 tablespoons of crushed ice to the mixture in the jug. Stir well until the milk, syrup, and ice are thoroughly combined.

Step 3: Add Club Soda and Final Stir

Pour 400 ml of chilled club soda into the jug. This is twice the amount of milk used. Stir the mixture well again to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Step 4: Serve

The refreshing milk soda is now ready to be served. Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

Pro Tips

• Adjust the syrup quantity to your preferred sweetness.

Variations
