Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Pour 200ml of milk into a mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs and 100g of sugar to the bowl.

If desired, add chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, or chocolate chips to the batter. Gently fold them in until evenly distributed.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Spoon the batter into each liner, filling them about two-thirds full.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (approximately 355°F) (350°F (approximately 175°C)). Bake the muffins for , or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let them cool slightly before serving.
