  • 1/4 cup, finely choppedCoriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp (or to taste)Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (or to taste)Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspChaat Masala Powder
  • from 1 lemonLemon Juice
  • 1/2 cupRoasted Peanuts

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Base Mixture

    Take a wide bowl and add the finely chopped onions.

  2. 2.Add Tomatoes

    Add the finely chopped tomatoes to the bowl with the onions.

  3. 3.Add Green Chilli

    Add one finely chopped green chilli. You can add more if you prefer a spicier mixture.

  4. 4.Add Coriander Leaves

    Sprinkle in the chopped coriander leaves.

  5. 5.Season with Salt

    Add salt to taste. You can adjust this later if needed.

  6. 6.Add Chilli Powder

    Add a little chilli powder for color and heat.

  7. 7.Add Chaat Masala

    Sprinkle chaat masala powder into the mixture.

  8. 8.Squeeze Lemon Juice

    Squeeze the juice of one lemon over all the ingredients.

  9. 9.Mix the Wet Ingredients

    Using a spoon or spatula, mix all the added ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

  10. 10.Add Roasted Peanuts
