Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Add 1 cup (250g) rava and 1/2 cup (125g) wheat flour to a blender. Blend until finely powdered.
To the powdered mixture, add 3 Kashmiri chillies, 1/2 tsp jeera, salt to taste, 1 1/2 chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp yogurt (curd), and 1/2 cup water.
Blend all ingredients in the mixer until a smooth dosa batter consistency is achieved. Ensure it's not too watery, similar to regular dosa batter.
Heat a non-stick tawa. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the hot tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa. Drizzle a little oil around the edges and over the dosa.
Once the edges start to crisp and the dosa turns golden brown, gently flip it using a spatula. Cook for a short time on the other side until lightly browned.
Remove the cooked dosa from the tawa and serve hot. Repeat the process for the remaining batter.
