  • 4 cupsPuffed Rice
  • 1/2 cupRoasted Peanuts
  • 1 medium, finely choppedOnion
  • 1 medium, finely choppedTomato
  • 1 no., choppedGreen Chilli
  • 2 tbsp, finely choppedCoriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp, to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp, to tasteChilli Powder
  • 1 tspChaat Masala Powder
  • Juice of 1 lemonLemon Juice

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Combine Vegetables and Spices

    Take a wide bowl and add the finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander leaves.

  2. 2.Add Seasoning and Lemon Juice

    Add salt, chilli powder, and chaat masala powder to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the ingredients.

  3. 3.Mix Ingredients

    Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon until they are thoroughly combined.

  4. 4.Add Peanuts and Mix

    Add the roasted peanuts to the mixture and mix again to distribute them evenly.

  5. 5.Add Puffed Rice and Final Mix

    Finally, add the puffed rice to the bowl and give it a quick, thorough mix until all the ingredients are well coated. Check for seasoning and adjust salt or chilli powder if required.

  6. 6.Serve
