  6. Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  7. Salt 1/2 tsp, to taste
  8. Chilli Powder 1 tsp, to taste
  9. Chaat Masala Powder 1 tsp
  10. Lemon Juice Juice of 1 lemon

    • 1 tbsp onion powder (per medium onion)
    • 3 tbsp dried minced onion
    • Shallots or leeks (1:1)

    • Lime juice (1:1)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Combine Vegetables and Spices

Take a wide bowl and add the finely chopped onions, finely chopped tomatoes, 1 finely chopped green chilli, and finely chopped coriander leaves.

Step 2: Add Seasoning and Lemon Juice

Add salt, chilli powder, and chaat masala powder to the bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the ingredients.
