Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a kadhai (wok) over low flame. Place 2 bread slices in the kadhai and them until lightly brown, pressing gently with a spatula. Flip and the other side until lightly browned. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining bread slices. Set aside.
Once cooled slightly, cut the bread slices into small, bite-sized pieces. The video shows cutting the entire slice, including the crusts, into small pieces.
In the same kadhai, add 2 tablespoons of the special orange sauce, 2 tablespoons of pizza and pasta sauce, 3 tablespoons of eggless mayonnaise, and 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Add 1/2 chopped green bell pepper (capsicum).
Mix all the sauces and capsicum well over very low flame until thoroughly combined. Then, add the cut, bread pieces to the sauce mixture. Mix thoroughly until all the bread pieces are evenly coated with the sauces. Ensure the flame remains very low during this process.
Once the bread pieces are well coated and heated through, turn off the gas. The snack is ready to be served hot. Taste and enjoy!
