Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Add Rice

Place approximately 1.5 cups of cooked white rice into a serving bowl.

Step 2: Add Potato Fry

Scoop about 0.5 cup of spicy potato fry onto one side of the rice in the bowl.

Step 3: Place Boiled Eggs

Arrange two halves of boiled eggs next to the potato fry.

Step 4: Add Chutney

Spoon about 2 tablespoons of coconut chutney (or similar paste) onto the rice.

Step 5: Drizzle Ghee

Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of melted ghee over the chutney and rice.

Step 6: Pour Dal/Curry

Pour about 0.75 cup of green dal or curry next to the chutney, completing the meal platter.
