Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the cake base

Layer slices of pound cake in a serving dish. Pour 3/4 cup of milk evenly over the pound cake to soak it.

Step 2: Prepare the cream mixture

In a bowl, combine 1 cup of whip cream and 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Whip the mixture with an electric mixer until it forms soft peaks and is well combined.

Step 3: Assemble the cake

Pour the whipped cream mixture over the soaked pound cake in the serving dish. Use a spatula to level the cream evenly across the top of the cake.

Step 4: Chill the cake

Place the assembled cake in the fridge and chill for to allow it to set.

Step 5: Add chocolate topping

Melt 100g of milk chocolate. Once melted, pour it over the chilled cream layer. Use a spatula or spoon to create a marbled effect with the chocolate and cream.

Step 6: Chill and serve

Chill the cake again until the chocolate topping is set. Once chilled, slice and serve the easy and yummy lazy cake.
