Crack one egg into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of red chili powder. Mix well with a fork until the egg yolk and white are fully combined and the spices are evenly distributed.
Grease a non-stick pan with a teaspoon of cooking oil and heat it over medium flame. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin omelette. Cook for about until the edges start to set.
Using a spatula, gently lift the edges of the omelette and fold it in half. Continue to cook for another , pressing down gently with the spatula to ensure even cooking and a firm texture.
Once the omelette is cooked to your desired doneness and has a nice golden color, carefully remove it from the pan and place it onto a plate.
Drizzle ketchup generously over one half of the cooked omelette. Then, add mayonnaise on top of the ketchup and spread it evenly across the omelette surface.
Carefully roll the omelette from one end to the other, creating a neat egg roll. Serve immediately and enjoy your quick and delicious egg roll!
