Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Meat Skewers

Thread the cubed meat onto wooden skewers. Place them on a clean surface.

Step 2: Season Meat

Sprinkle Juliet Home Meat Seasoning generously over all sides of the raw meat skewers. Ensure even coating.

Step 3: Prepare Vegetables

Slice the eggplant lengthwise into thick strips. Slice the bell peppers (red, yellow, green) into wide strips. Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thick strips. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.

Step 4: Season Vegetables

Sprinkle salt over all the sliced vegetables (eggplant, bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes).

Step 5: Grill Meat Skewers

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Once hot, place the seasoned meat skewers on the pan. Grill for approximately until browned.

Step 6: Flip and Season Meat

Flip the meat skewers to the other side. Sprinkle Juliet Home Suya Pepper over the grilled side. Continue grilling for another until cooked through and nicely charred. Remove from pan and set aside.

Step 7: Grill Bell Peppers

Add the bell pepper strips to the same grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Grill until tender-crisp and slightly charred, about per side. Remove from pan.

Step 8: Grill Zucchini

Add the zucchini slices to the grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Grill until tender and marked, about per side. Remove from pan.

Step 9: Grill Eggplant

Add the eggplant slices to the grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Grill until tender and marked, about per side. Remove from pan.

Step 10: Grill Tomatoes

Add the tomato slices to the grill pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Grill until slightly softened and warmed through, about per side. Remove from pan.

Step 11: Fry French Fries

In a separate deep pan, heat vegetable oil for deep frying. Add the potato fries and fry until golden brown and crispy, approximately . Drain excess oil.

Step 12: Assemble and Serve

Arrange the cooked meat skewers, grilled bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes, along with the french fries, on a large serving platter. Garnish with fresh sliced red onions and a final sprinkle of Juliet Home Suya Pepper for extra flavor.

Pro Tips

• For best flavor, marinate the meat skewers for at least 30 minutes, or even overnight in the refrigerator.

• Adjust the amount of Suya Pepper to your preferred spice level.

• Ensure the grill pan is hot before adding meat and vegetables to get nice char marks and prevent sticking.

Recipe Variations

• Try different vegetables like asparagus, mushrooms, or cherry tomatoes.

• Serve with rice or couscous instead of french fries for a different side option.

• Experiment with other Juliet Home seasonings for varied meat flavors.
