  • 200g, cubedPaneer (Indian cottage cheese)
  • 1 tbspOil
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspRed chili powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • to tasteSalt

For Assembling the Pizza

  • 1 (10-12 inch)Pizza base
  • 1/2 cupPizza sauce
  • 1.5 cupsShredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup, dicedRed onion
  • 1/4 cup, dicedGreen bell pepper (capsicum)
  • 1/4 cup, dicedRed bell pepper (capsicum)
  • 1/4 cupSweet corn kernels
  • for sprinklingChili flakes
  • for sprinklingDried oregano

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Pizza Base

    Take a proofed pizza dough and place it on parchment paper. Using a spoon, spread the pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

  2. 2.Add First Layer of Toppings

    Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the diced red onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and sweet corn kernels on top of the cheese.

  3. 3.Cook the Paneer

    In a pan, heat oil and add the cubed paneer along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the paneer is lightly golden and coated with spices.

  4. 4.Add Paneer and Final Cheese Layer

    Arrange the cooked paneer cubes over the vegetables on the pizza. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.

    Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
