Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In boiling water, add salt to taste. Then add 1 cup of soya nutri. Mix well and cook for on medium flame, ensuring it comes to a boil.
Seive the boiled soya nutri to drain the hot water. Pour cold water over it to cool it down. Once cooled, squeeze out any extra water from each soya nutri piece.
Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add 2 sliced onions and until they turn a slight pink color.
Add 3 chopped tomatoes to the pan and mix well on medium flame. Then add 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of deggi mirch powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Mix all the spices and vegetables thoroughly.
Cover the pan and cook the mixture for on medium flame until the tomatoes soften and the spices are well blended.
Add the boiled and squeezed soya nutri to the pan. Incorporate 3 chopped green chilies and 3 tablespoons of fresh chopped coriander. Mix all ingredients thoroughly on medium flame, ensuring the soya nutri is well coated with the masala.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of kitchen king masala and 1 teaspoon of garam masala over the mixture. Mix again until all spices are evenly distributed. Cover the pan and cook for another on low flame to allow the flavors to meld.
Turn off the heat. Serve the Nutri Bhaaji hot and garnish with fresh green coriander.
