Peel and chop one mango into small, bite-sized pieces. The size doesn't matter much as it will be blended.
Add the chopped mango, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1/2 cup of water into a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and no large mango chunks remain.
Pour 1/2 cup of yogurt into the blender with the mango mixture. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and the lassi has a creamy, consistent texture.
Place 3 ice cubes into a serving glass. Pour the freshly blended mango lassi over the ice cubes and serve immediately.
