  • 1 packetBlendz Moong Dal Halwa (Pure Ghee) Packet
  • 2 tablespoonsPure Ghee
  • approx. 1 cupWater

  • as neededSilver Leaf (Chandi Varak)
  • as neededSliced Almonds

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Heat Ghee

    Add 2 tablespoons of pure ghee to a pan and heat it on a medium-slow flame.

  2. 2.Add Halwa Paste

    Carefully squeeze the entire packet of Blendz Moong Dal Halwa paste into the hot ghee in the pan.

  3. 3.Roast the Paste

    Stir and roast the halwa paste in the ghee for about 2-3 minutes on a medium-slow flame until its color slightly changes and it becomes a lighter brown.

  4. 4.Add Water and Stir

    Pour approximately 1 cup of water into the halwa mixture. Stir continuously to combine and break any lumps that may form, ensuring a smooth consistency.

  5. 5.Cook Until Ghee Separates

    Continue cooking and stirring the halwa on a medium-slow flame for another 7-8 minutes. Cook until the halwa thickens, turns a rich dark brown color, and the ghee visibly separates from the mixture.

  6. 6.Dish Out and Garnish

    Once the halwa is ready and the ghee has separated, turn off the heat. Transfer the hot halwa to a serving dish. Garnish with silver leaf and sliced almonds before serving.
