Add 2 tablespoons of pure ghee to a pan and heat it on a medium-slow flame.
Carefully squeeze the entire packet of Blendz Moong Dal Halwa paste into the hot ghee in the pan.
Stir and roast the halwa paste in the ghee for about on a medium-slow flame until its color slightly changes and it becomes a lighter brown.
Pour approximately 1 cup of water into the halwa mixture. Stir continuously to combine and break any lumps that may form, ensuring a smooth consistency.
Continue cooking and stirring the halwa on a medium-slow flame for another . Cook until the halwa thickens, turns a rich dark brown color, and the ghee visibly separates from the mixture.
Once the halwa is ready and the ghee has separated, turn off the heat. Transfer the hot halwa to a serving dish. Garnish with silver leaf and sliced almonds before serving.
• Always roast the halwa paste on a medium-slow flame to prevent burning and ensure even cooking.
• Break any lumps that form after adding water by pressing them against the pan with your spatula for a smooth texture.
