  7. Cajun seasoning 1 tsp
  8. Lemon pepper 1 tsp

  1. Cooking oil 1 tbsp
  2. Butter 4 tbsp
  3. Garlic 4-5 cloves, minced
  4. Honey 3 tbsp
  5. Lemon or lime juice juice of 1/2 lemon/lime
  6. Leftover spice blend 1 tsp
  7. Fresh parsley for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Season the Salmon

Place 3 salmon fillets on a plate. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the salmon. In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, and 1 teaspoon lemon pepper. Sprinkle this spice blend evenly over the salmon fillets. Gently rub the spices into the salmon on all sides. Let the seasoned salmon sit for about to .
