Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
Heat oil in a pan and add 1 cup of peeled garlic cloves. Roast the garlic until it turns golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Transfer the roasted garlic to a bowl and mash it thoroughly with a fork until it forms a coarse paste.
To the mashed garlic, add 75g of butter, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, chilli flakes, and oregano. Mix all the ingredients well until combined to form a flavorful garlic butter.
Take a pack of pav (6 pieces) and carefully cut it horizontally through the middle, separating the top and bottom halves.
Spread a generous layer of the prepared garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut surface of the pav. Then, sprinkle a good amount of grated mozzarella cheese over the garlic butter. Finish by sprinkling more chilli flakes, oregano, and chopped coriander leaves on top of the cheese.
Spread a small amount of butter in a pan and place the assembled garlic bread into it. Add a small bowl of water next to the bread in the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on a low flame for , or until the cheese is completely melted and gooey.
Once cooked, carefully remove the garlic bread from the pan. Using a knife, cut the bread into individual sticks. Serve hot with a side of pizza/marinara sauce and an optional drizzle of chilli oil.
