  • 10 gButter
  • 3Eggs
  • 2 slicesBread
  • 50 gMozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  • 1/4 tspSalt

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Melt Butter

    Place a small piece of butter (approximately 10g) into a hot pan and spread it evenly as it melts.

  2. 2.Add Eggs and Bread

    Pour 3 beaten eggs into the pan. Immediately place 2 slices of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.

  3. 3.Cook and Flip

    Cook the egg and bread mixture until the bottom is golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip the entire egg and bread over using a spatula.

  4. 4.Add Cheese and Seasoning

    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese (approximately 50g) over one half of the cooked egg. Add black pepper and salt to taste over the cheese.

  5. 5.Fold and Cook

    Fold the other half of the egg over the cheese and bread. Gently press down with a spatula to help the cheese melt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the egg is golden brown on both sides.

  6. 6.Serve

    Carefully remove the cheesy egg bread toast from the pan and place it on a plate. Cut into desired portions and serve warm.
