  1. Melt Butter

    Add 150g of butter to a pan and melt it completely over medium heat.

  2. Sauté Cardamoms

    Add 3 green cardamoms to the melted butter and for until fragrant.

  3. Cook Suji

    Add 200g of suji (semolina) to the pan and cook on low heat for , stirring continuously, until it turns light golden and aromatic.

  4. Add Raisins

    Stir in 50g of raisins and cook for another on low heat, mixing them well with the suji.

  5. Incorporate Sugar

    Add 200g of sugar to the mixture and cook for on low heat, stirring until the sugar starts to dissolve and combine.

  6. Add Milk and Finish Cooking

    Pour in 500ml of milk and mix thoroughly. Continue to cook on medium heat for , stirring occasionally, until the halwa thickens, absorbs all the milk, and leaves the sides of the pan.
