In a separate bowl, mix 1 tbsp fennel seeds, 1 tbsp sugar, and 2 tbsp water. Add this mixture to the cooked dal and stir well. Remove from heat.

  2. 2.Prepare Potato Curry

Peel and cut 4 medium potatoes into small cubes. Chop 4-5 green chilies. Place a pot over the fire and add 2 tbsp oil. Once hot, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Add the chopped potatoes and stir well. Add 1 tsp salt and the chopped green chilies, then stir. Cook until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl.

  3. 3.Prepare Puri Dough

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups wheat flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix well. Add 2 tbsp oil and rub it into the flour. Gradually add water and knead until a smooth, firm dough is formed. Let it rest for a few minutes. Divide the dough into small, equal portions and roll each into a small, flat disc (puri).

  4. 4.Fry Puris

Place a pot over the fire and add 3 cups of oil for deep frying. Heat the oil until very hot. Carefully slide the rolled puris into the hot oil, one by one. Fry until they puff up and turn golden brown on both sides. Remove the fried puris with a slotted spoon and place them on a tray.

Fill each puri with a spoonful of the potato curry, followed by a spoonful of the Meethi Dal. Top with the mixed chopped onions and coriander leaves. Finally, drizzle a small amount of the garlic chutney over each puri.

  8. 8.Serve and Enjoy

Serve the Bhareli Puri immediately and enjoy the delicious flavors.
