Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a saucepan, add 4 bowls of water (slightly less than full) and 1 bowl of jaggery powder. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then turn off the heat and cover the pan. Let the jaggery dissolve completely.
In a large pan or kadai, add 1.5 ladles of ghee and melt it over medium heat. Add 1/2 bowl of semolina and roast it on medium flame until it becomes fragrant and starts bubbling, ensuring its color does not change.
Once the semolina is fragrant, add 1 full bowl of whole wheat flour and 2 more ladles of ghee to the pan. Continue roasting the mixture on medium flame, stirring continuously, until the whole wheat flour changes color slightly and ghee bubbles appear.
Add 1/2 bowl of chickpea flour and 1 more ladle of ghee to the pan. Continue roasting the mixture, stirring constantly, until all the flours are uniformly roasted, the mixture turns a beautiful golden-brown color, and the ghee starts to separate from the mixture.
Add 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder to the roasted flour mixture and mix well. Then, add the almonds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins, stirring them into the halwa to slightly in the residual heat.
