  • 150 g (chopped)Spinach
  • 100 g (crumbled)Feta cheese
  • 1Egg
  • 100 g (shredded)Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 TbspGreek yogurt

For Creamy Topping

  • 2Eggs
  • 150 mlDouble cream
  • some (shredded, for sprinkling)Mozzarella cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Chicken Fillets

    Take 3 chicken fillets and slice them horizontally to create thinner pieces, then pound them gently to an even thickness.

  2. 2.Marinate Chicken

    In a bowl, combine the pounded chicken fillets with 1 Tbsp paprika, 1 Tbsp black pepper, 1 Tbsp parsley, 1 Tbsp vegetable stock powder, and 3-4 minced garlic cloves. Mix well to ensure all chicken pieces are thoroughly coated. Set aside to marinate.

    In a pan, add a little oil and sauté 1 diced large onion until it becomes soft and translucent.

    Add 150g of chopped spinach to the pan with the sautéed onion. Cook until the spinach has wilted down. Then, add 100g of crumbled feta cheese and mix it into the spinach and onion mixture.
