Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

Take 300g of chicken pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, and salt. Marinate for .

Step 2: Sauté Garlic

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa (griddle). Add the crushed garlic and fry until it turns light brown.

Step 6: Add Chicken and Cook

Add the marinated chicken pieces to the cooked masala on the tawa. Mix everything well, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated with the spices. Cover the tawa with a lid and let it cook for , allowing the chicken to cook through and absorb the flavors.
