  8. Green Chillies (fine chopped) 5-6
  9. Curry Leaves a few
  10. Tomato (fine chopped) 1 bowl
  11. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  13. Jeera Powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
  15. Chilli Powder 2 tsp
  16. Coriander Leaves (chopped) for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

Take 300g of chicken pieces. Add ginger garlic paste, a pinch of turmeric powder, and salt. Marinate for .

Step 2: Sauté Garlic

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa (griddle). Add the crushed garlic and fry until it turns light brown.

Step 3: Sauté Onions, Green Chillies, and Curry Leaves

Add the finely chopped onions to the tawa. Immediately add the finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Fry everything together until the onions turn light brown.
