Gather all ingredients: one peeled clove of desi garlic, a piece of ginger (approximately the same size as the garlic clove, unpeeled), two green cardamom pods, a pinch of ajwain, two cloves, three black peppercorns, a pinch of Amba Haldi, dates, and honey.
Place the peeled garlic clove, ginger piece, green cardamom pods, ajwain, cloves, black peppercorns, and Amba Haldi into a mortar. Crush them thoroughly until a fine mixture is formed.
Carefully make a slit in each date and remove the pit. Fill each date with a small amount of the crushed spice and herb mixture.
Place the filled dates into a clean glass jar. Pour enough honey over the dates to completely submerge them.
Allow the dates to infuse in the honey for at least 15-20 days. If concerned about spoilage due to the fresh ginger and garlic, store the jar in the refrigerator.
Consume one filled date daily after breakfast to help alleviate fatigue, weakness, stomach issues, headaches, and strengthen muscles.
• Store the jar in the refrigerator if concerned about spoilage due to the fresh ginger and garlic liquid.
