Step 1: Prepare Ginger

Slice 50g of ginger into thin pieces.

Step 2: Heat Pan and Fry Ginger

Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat. Add the sliced ginger and stir-fry for about until fragrant.

Step 3: Add Sesame Oil and Oyster Sauce

Pour in 3 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Continue to stir-fry the ginger in the oil and sauce for about .

Step 4: Add Chicken and Light Soy Sauce

Add 400g of chicken pieces to the pan. Stir-fry the chicken for about to coat it with the ginger and sauce. Then, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.
