Add the sliced zucchini to the grill pan. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Grill until tender and grill marks appear, then flip.
Place the sliced eggplant on the grill pan. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Grill until tender and grill marks appear, then flip.
Add the sliced tomatoes to the grill pan. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Grill briefly until slightly softened and warmed through, then flip.
Heat frying oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Add the prepared French fries and fry until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Arrange the grilled meat skewers, grilled bell peppers, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, and French fries on a large serving platter. Garnish with fresh red onion rings.
For an extra kick of flavor, sprinkle additional Juliet Home Suya Pepper over the entire assembled platter just before serving.
