Step 1: Prepare the Marinade Base
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Step 2: Add Wet Ingredients to Marinade
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and 2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt) to the bowl with the dry spices.
Step 3: Mix the Marinade
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth, well-combined marinade paste is formed.
Step 4: Marinate the Paneer
Add 200 grams of paneer cubes to the prepared marinade. Gently mix until all the paneer pieces are evenly coated with the marinade.
