Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then add 0.5 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin powder, and 0.25 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
Add 1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste and 2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt) to the bowl with the dry spices.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until a smooth, well-combined marinade paste is formed.
Add 200 grams of paneer cubes to the prepared marinade. Gently mix until all the paneer pieces are evenly coated with the marinade.
Heat a flat pan or griddle over medium heat. Place the paneer cubes onto the hot pan. Cook for about , turning occasionally with tongs, until the paneer is golden brown and slightly charred on all sides.
Once cooked, remove the paneer tikka from the pan and arrange it on a serving plate. Garnish with sliced cucumber and onion rings.
