Follow each step to make the recipe successfully.
In a pan, add a cube of butter and a splash of oil. Once melted, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add sliced onions to the pan and until they become translucent. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and mix well until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes, carrots, bell peppers, green peas, and green chilies to the pan. Mix everything together and cook on low flame until the vegetables are tender.
Add turmeric powder and salt to the cooking vegetables. Mix well to combine the spices.
Add cubed paneer to the vegetable mixture and mix gently. Then, add red chili powder and 1 tablespoon of pav bhaji masala. Mix thoroughly until the spices coat the paneer and vegetables, and the raw smell of the spices is gone.
Add the cooked and cooled basmati rice to the pan. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over the rice.
Gently mix all the ingredients together until the rice is evenly coated with the masala. Serve the Paneer Tawa Pulao hot.
