Remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi to the mixture. Mix it well into the capsicum and masala.
Step 5: Add Paneer and Finish Cooking
Gently add the 200g paneer cubes to the pan. Mix carefully to coat the paneer with the masala. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala over the dish. Cover the pan again and cook for to allow the flavors to meld.
