Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add 2 chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown, stirring continuously for approximately .

Step 2: Cook Tomatoes and Spices

Add 2 chopped tomatoes and 1 chopped green chili to the pan. Then, add 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder, and salt to taste. Step 4: Incorporate Kasuri Methi

Remove the lid and add 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi to the mixture. Mix it well into the capsicum and masala.

Step 5: Add Paneer and Finish Cooking

Gently add the 200g paneer cubes to the pan. Mix carefully to coat the paneer with the masala. Sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of garam masala over the dish. Cover the pan again and cook for to allow the flavors to meld.

Step 6: Serve

The Paneer Shimlamirch Ki Sabji is now ready to serve. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy hot.
