    Sauté Garlic and Onions

    Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and until fragrant, about . Then, add finely chopped onions and until they turn soft and slightly golden, approximately .

    Add chopped green chilies, tomato, and a little salt to the pan. Mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

    Uncover the pan. Add coriander powder, red chili powder, and turmeric powder to the mixture. Mix all the spices thoroughly with the vegetables, cooking for about until the raw smell of spices disappears.

    Incorporate Gram Flour

    Add 1 tablespoon of gram flour (besan) to the pan. it nicely with the vegetable and spice mixture for about until it is well roasted and fragrant. This step enhances the taste and texture of the bhurji.

    Add the crumbled paneer and fresh chopped coriander to the pan. Gently mix everything together, ensuring the paneer is evenly coated with the spices and vegetables.

    Finally, sprinkle some garam masala over the paneer mixture. Cover the pan and cook for another on low heat so that all the flavors blend perfectly.
