Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare the Okra

    Wash the okra thoroughly and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces. Ensure they are dry before chopping to reduce sliminess.

  2. 2.Heat the Pan

    Light the gas stove and place a pan on medium heat.

  3. 3.Add Oil and Garlic

    Pour cooking oil into the heated pan. Once the oil is hot, add the sliced garlic and fry until it turns slightly golden brown, about 1 minute.
