Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1.Prepare Ingredients

    Chop green onions, dice carrots, and dice white onion. Peel and devein the shrimp. Have leftover cooked rice ready. Gather all spices and sauces.

  2. 2.Sauté Garlic and Cook Shrimp

    Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set aside.

    Add diced white onions and carrots to the same pan. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent and carrots are slightly tender. Crack two eggs directly into the pan with the vegetables. Scramble the eggs, breaking them into small pieces, and mix with the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
